From limiting beliefs and mindset to intuition, imagination and creativity. Sometimes I talk about stuff and people leave feeling pretty damn inspired.
I share my life experiences, wisdom and practices through a raw, real and unapologetically authentic approach. My focus is always to leave people feeling empowered to take their lives to the next level and tap into their unique genius and abilities.
What I share inspires people because it’s relatable. I was terribly bullied growing up and lost my confidence. I didn’t feel safe to express who I was and learnt to play by the rules and go under the radar to get through life. Excellent grades. Comfortable job. Vanilla relationships. I was playing it safe. I didn’t value myself or trust that I was a powerful creator and as a result my soul was dying. I knew I was meant for more, and had to make a decision, continue on the path of mediocrity or step up into the person I knew deep down that I could be. I’ve learnt about courage, resilience, adventure, vulnerability and how to tap into unlimited human potential through inner transformation. It is now my absolute honour to share this with the world.

Life Force Integration is simply another name for the process that initiates the free flow of what some traditions call Kundalini, Chi, Prana, Source Energy, or Essence. It is a powerful energetic transmission and potent method of healing that connects you with your ‘rockstar’ self.
Your body holds so much wisdom, it is intelligent and knows where to send the energy of this transmission through your system. This process removes energetic blockages, trauma and limiting beliefs that connects you to your truth. It is deeply transformational and a catalyst for some pretty incredible changes.

What does it look like?
In a session you will lay down on a yoga mat, close your eyes and an awesome soundtrack will be played to guide you on your inner journey. I will touch or point to different parts of your body to unblock stuck energy and your life force energy works its magic. It’s really a process of surrender.

'Wild at heart and with an intuitive mind'
When someone is troubled by a chaos they cannot control and have a sudden urge to know which direction to take - they call upon Kirsty. Wild at heart and with an intuitive mind, Kirsty fearlessly tells you so many things you don’t know about yourself, even if she has just met you. What appears to be magic at first is later recognised as secret processes that Kirsty has spent many years learning. Amidst my own chaos, Kirsty exposed my blindspots with immense confidence. Despite my reluctance, she helped me take a hard look at things that I’m ashamed about without which I would not have found breakthroughs in my views on finances, family and ways in which I withheld my potential. In our first meeting, she spoke about the Enneagram and told me that I am a Perfectionist. I may be a perfectionist, but that is not how I feel around Kirsty, I feel real.
